Hi,

At the product page for LM3448 and TPS92311 there is status NRND. What is recommended replacement for IC with integrated power MOSFET?.

Hi,

The recommended replacement are LM3445 and TPS92310(both are external FET). LM3445 has similar function as LM3448 and TPS92310 is similar to TPS92311. Though they haven't integrated the power FET, they offer extra flexibility of thermal performance and current rating. You may have a look at them.

Thank you for reply. Does it mean that TI сut down drivers with integrated FET?

Hi Oleksiy,

I don't know how to answer this question. The LM3448 and TPS92311 are still active but just not recommended compare to LM3445 and TPS92310. I don't know if that means cutting down drivers.
