I am using webench to design DC/DC 12V@25A, 24V input. The webench recommend using M25119PSQ/NOPB 24.0V-24.0V to 12.0V @ 25.0A. The efficiency stated is 98%. Is it possible with 25A to reach to this efficiency?

Hi Yuval,
Webench uses the Spice model of the designed part to calculate the theoretical maximum efficiency. That said, more often than not, Webench efficiency values are more than accurate, sometimes exceeding what webench reports.
In this case, I cannot speculate on the exact value of efficiency since your design will be every bit unique compared to the solutions built up in the lab. Let us know how we can help you further.
Thanks,
Anston
