I plan to use the AN-2011 LM3423 Boost 2 Layer Evaluation Board (Rev. A) almost as is.

Where can I get the CAD files of the evaluation board (ORCAD will be the best but can be any other format) , the Gerber files and the PCB desigh file of the evaluation board.
