Need li-ion battery Charger with low heat for 3.3A charging current

Hi,

I'm struggled with Li-Ion battery charger Part no Bq24600. It is working but Mosfet, IC & inductor  getting heated up. Our equipment don't have any vents, it is going to be covered without any air ventilation. I tried with BQ24600 Ic, for 3.3A charging current Mosfet and inductor temp reached to more than 75 degree Celsius within 6 min. I cannot use this device for my application. Temp rise can be accepted more than 10 to 15 degree Celsius compared to room temp.

Have you any one suggest suitable IC??

Spec details are given below:

Input Voltage --> 19V to 28V

Output Voltage --> 16.8V

Charging current --> 3.3A to 4A

Load--> Li-ion Battery (14.4V / 6.6Ah)
