I’d like to add DVS (digital voltage scaling) to DC-DC1.

Do you have a recommendation how to do it with GPIOs?

You can put a FET and resistor in parallel with the bottom side resistor in the feedback resistor divider. Neglect the FET resistance keeping the new resistor high enough to make a small voltage change on the output when turned on in parallel with the current resistor divider.

The FET needs to work down to the FB pin voltage, this may be an issue, do you have a sample schematic, with part values?
