TPS3613 Question

Dear all.

I would like to use TPS3613 as follows;

1) VBAT is open.
    Is it correct?

2) I would like to connect Super Capacitor to VOUT.
    In the power off state, does current leak via VOUT?

    Hi PAN-M,

    The device should still operate without a battery connected.  

    Current could leak via VOUT depending on the state of /MR and /CEOUT.  If either of these are are ground, there is a possible path for current to leak.
