P/N UCC2810DW is failing Isource at -40degrees C

Rick,  Harris is using the UCC2810DW in production program, and we notice that the parts are not meeting the following parameter specified on your data sheet:

SRCE Source current, COMP FB = 1.8 V, COMP = 4 V  at -40 degrees C The data sheet specifies -0.2mA minimum, and -0.8 mA maximum.  We have been seeing less than -0.2 mA.  Please call Don Croteau at 321-729-7964.
