TPS2541A support wake from S3 or not?

Dears,

Does anyone know TPS2541A support wakeup fucntion or not?

As customer feedback, he cannot use keyboard or mouse to wakeup PC from S3 via TPS2541A USB port!

I found there is some related information and suggest connection in datasheet.

However, I am not sure if it can support wakeup function or just support charging in sleep mode!

And what system pin should connect with STATE pin if it can wakeup system from S3.
