Problem about Lm5010

I use LM5010SD/NOPB for application  48V in and 5V out .

The problem is I can't detect any signal from the IC,except VIN and RON/SD pin have 48V,and SW have a pulse when power on.

And the VCC is also not have any signal out.

    And I also experiment the circuit from Webench. It has the same result.

    Hi Gao,

    From the description, I can't tell what the problem might be. I will try swapping the part or ensuring it is soldered properly. Atleast VCC should come up before we talk about other signals.
