bq24230 CHG assert timing

Hello,

The best source for information about the timing of events on these two pins is to look at Pg. 9 of the datasheet particularly Figs.1 & 6.

Figure 1 shows an approximate 1.5-2 ms delay between the rise of the input voltage and PGOOD and when the battery starts charging for a case where the battery is plugged in. The /CHG pin will indicate when the battery is begins to receive this charging current

Figure 6 shows that there is a negligible/imperceptible at 10ms/div delay between when the /CE pin is pulled low and the mandatory precharge begins.
