TI version of the WS2811?

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TLC5973, TLC59731

My customer is asking me to design a simple PCB that will drive 4 RGB LEDs.  These 4 RGB LEDs will be controlled together, so if the customer wants red, all 4 will be red.

They want me to use the WS2811 IC.  I don't really want to use a part that is not available at DIGIKEY.

I would much rather use a TI part as I was told TI has this type of product.

The RGB LED I plan to use is made by SUN LED.  I have attached both data sheets to this post.

The product is powered by a 3.7V lithium ion battery.  So we will be using a regulated 3.3V supply.
