Please, answer

I choose the elements for power supply. Webench offers the next components: output cap 150µF, 360 mOhm, input cap - 22 µF ceramic. Please, see attach.

QUESTIONS:

Can I choose output cap 150 µF, 10V (tantalum) 700 mOhm? There is no 360 mOhm in the KEMET list. I need cap for minus 40 C temperature.
Whether it is necessary to use input cap 22µF capacitor? May be I can use 2-3µF cap?
Whether it makes sense to install C3 - 1 µF ?

1. The 700mOhm cap may be OK. You must test it thoroughly since the ESR provides a zero for the compensation.

2. I would stick with this input cap; the switching frequency is low.

3. I would stick with Webench recommended.
