Hello
We are using BQ24193 battery charger. We would like to know more information about the 'INT' pin. Since the output of the INT pin is a pulse, it is preferable to have some waveform explaining the functionality of the pin.

Hello Rajeswari,
The INT pin operates as an open drain interrupt output. This is recommended to be tied up to a logic rail using a 10kohm resistor. When a case exists that triggers the INT pin the internal FET is closed for approximately 256us.
The datasheet on Pg. 32 details the operation and cases under which the INT pin will be pulled low. Since this is a simple open drain indicator the rise and fall times are dependent on the pull-up resistors selected and the stray impedance on the line. The internal FET should be able to sink at least 5mA if necessary as detailed in the electrical specs of the datasheet.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
