Hello,

Our customer can't operate TPS65910AEVM + USB to GPIO board + TPS65910A GUI by Win7 64bit OS.
I can operate this system by Win7 32bit OS.
Is this system not able to use by Win7 64bit OS ?

Unfortunately, I couldn't get reply in the following post that I posted at 4/June.

Rayuji-san,

this GUI only wors with win xp pc, we are working on a GUI for win7. I'll send it to you via local FAE.

Meanwhile, I wonder why I can use tps65910EVM with USB to GPIO by Win7 32bit.

Since our customer can't use it by Win7 64bit, I had thought that the reason is difference of 32bit and 64bit.

Has this issue been resolved? I wonder if I am running into the same problem running on a Windows 64-bit OS. I just downloaded the software. It is unable to communicate with the board.

While the standard GUI from TI.com still has issues with Windows 7, an official Windows 7 compatible GUI is expected to be released in July.
