I am using TPS61200 based module by sparkfun.

I am using a Li-ion Battery 3.7V cell at the input and the required output is 5V. I am getting the output 5V no problem.
The problem is that when no load connected at output the input current is 8mA drawn. This is very sensitive for battery powered device.
My device doesn't have a On-Off switch so I can't use EN or shutdown pin for turning this DC-DC converter off.
Please let me know the possible solution for this.
