My customer is using this part on a board… He is having an issue I do not understand. When attempting to read F3h, PMBUS Alert gets set, the read returns 4 (meaning the flash is corrupt). The chip is still functional, programmed and active.
Is this a known issue? Should he ensure that a STORE_DEFAULT_ALL completes properly?
