Battery not getting charged

Dear Sir,

We are using BQ24125 in our design for charging Li-ion battery pack with two cells. The battery is not getting charged. We have probed the main signals and given below the details for your reference.

1. CE pin is continuously low.

2. PG pin is continuously low.

3. ISET1 and ISET2 are toggling with a frequency of 1.05Hz with high for a duration of 10ms and low for remaining time.

4. STAT1 is toggling again with a frequency of 1.05Hz with high for a duration of 10ms and low for remaining time.

5. STAT2 is continuosly high.

    Hello Saravana,

    What is your input voltage and current, battery voltage and current, and voltage on the FB pin?

    The STAT pins suggest that charging is complete which would occur when the BAT pin voltage is high enough with a low enough charge current that it indicates the battery has finished charging.
