I am currently using TPS75003 IC in one of my designs using. SPARTAN 3 FPGA. The schematic is attached.
Iam not seeing any switching waveforms at the gate of either Q2 or Q1. I am seeing a continuous DC voltage at gate of the transistors( i.e; no switching is happening). But the LDO output (2.5V) is fine.
The values of the passives, MOSFET and diodes are as per the refernce schematic given in the IC datasheet. The observed dc-dc converter output voltages are Vin- MOSFET drop. The continuity between the IC pins and the circuit components as been checked and are found to be OK. 6266.8311.tps75003.pdf
On a different PCB, I assembled the components required for, only the 1.2V section. Still the behaviour observed is same.
Kindly suggest future action to be taken.
