VBAT insertion, without BKBAT.

I want to confirm my answer to this question.

In a case where BKBAT is grounded (no backup battery), and system is powered and started by VBAT insertion (via FET switch), device will transition to ACTIVE without BKBAT connection.  This I assume is based on the reset state of the register STARTONVBAT being 1.  Also understand the minimum VBAT threshold will need to be 3.2v for this to occur.

Thanks,

Wade
