the value is guaranteed as designed value?
or tested all devices and did a screening?
or didi a random check (not tested all device)?

Hi Go,
This is tested in production.
There are a few things to consider to compare this current to a real application. For this test the IC is forced to not switch by pulling FB above the internal reference. The BOOT capacitor is also forced to 6V externally to keep this charged. Also a resistor divider at the EN pin will pull current from the input.
