LED Driver Board -failure- LM3464AMHX/NOPB

  1. 4-channel led driver LM3464AMHX/NOPB  with external FDD2572-MOSFET for providing constant current to each LED string channel.

Two 4-channel LED Drivers are used to drive 8-channel string of LED’s.

Costant Voltage 48V used for driver IC and each led string contains 14 LED with FB voltage required is 3.2V.

Problems:

We are providing 48V constant voltage and constant current to switch ON every channel. When switch ON AC power supply

1. Driver IC1 getting heated up. Please clarify what could be reasons for driver IC heating , means that so, MOSFET not getting required voltage to switch ON and provide constant current to glow LED’s.

2. Driver IC2 not getting heated up may be because, Driver IC2 is slave.
