Any reason why the SMbus communication is not available when the BQ3060 detects the CUV (DFET is OFF) state, and it goes into sleep state (since the sleep bit is ON) and cannot wake up via SMBus activity alone. Also BQ3060 has the broadcast bit set? cfg A is 0x0329, cfg B is 0x0C49, cfg C is 0x0002. Definitely above the threshold set for the shutdown of IC (7V) .
Pack does wake up on applying the charge voltage to the pack+/-, but curious why the SMBus is OFF.?
