Hi,
I plan to use either UC3906 or BQ24450 for a Solar PCV Charger Application.
Specifications are:
1.Battery Type: 12V, 7Ah or 12V, 15Ah SLA
2.Input from 10Wp or 20Wp solar panel
3.Charging Current - 0.7 to 1.2A (dependent on the battery Ah capacity)
4.The modules output 16 to 16.5V @ rated current.
Are these 2 devices the right choice? Has anyone tried them out for this specification?
