charge / discharge inhibit

Hi,

the BQ27505 datasheet states the charge can be inhibited if temperature falls outside 'charge inhibit temp low' and 'charge inhibit temp high' thresholds, but what happens if over temperature condition is meet during charge / discharge? Does this condition inhibit the charge / discharge or it only sets OTC bit of Flags() ?
