Kindly suggest a device/circuit for following specifications. I searched in Powerlab and not able to find suitable one.
Input Specification:
- § Voltage: 105 – 132 VAC, 60 Hz (Shall operate down to 85 VAC but does not need to meet full specifications)
- § Efficiency: Greater than 80%
- § Power Factor: greater than 65%
- § Leakage Current: 300µ amp maximum @ 120VAC @ 60 Hz
- Ø Output Specification:
- § Rated Current: 35.5 Amps minimum to 37 Amps maximum at 12.6 volts minimum
- § Voltage: 13.6 VDC +/- 0.25 volts @ no load to 2 amps; 12.6 VDC minimum at 35 amps and 105 VAC input voltage. Ripple /noise: <100mvolts RMS
- § Output current shall fold back to less than 20 amps (2 volts) under overload conditions
- Ø Protection:
- § Over voltage: Shall survive up to 175VAC input for 30 seconds with auto recovery
- § Under voltage: Shall not fail at supply voltages less than 105VAC
- § Shall withstand a continuous short circuit applied to output with auto recovery upon removal of the short circuit.
- § The UL required over temperature protection shall be auto recovery
