Got some 20 really old bugs: TL497CN and most of them with date code 7624 and stamped 72497 on the bottom side.
My question:
What is the difference between this TL497 and the present-day TL497A, please?
Enlarging on it: Are there any differences in (external) circuitry or are there varying rather any data of the ICs?
I have not yet discovered a datasheet of the TL497 though the recent datasheet of the TL497A Revision F 2005 dates back to June 1976.
I would appreciate very much, if somebody would help me, please!
