Charge controller selection

Hi,

I want to design a solar charge controller for the system that operates at 12V and the power consumption of the system is around 10Watts. The type of battery to be used is lead acid or lithium ion. The charge controller need not be MPPT operational. Kindly suggest a charge controller for my application.
