I have to use EVM.

I can not find the bq78350_xxxx.srec firmware file in the homepage.

Please help find the file.

Tom Cosby where can we find the bq78350_xxxx.srec firmware file to actually fully evaluate this BQ76920EVM ?

I figured since this is a released product all the required software was available and ready to go.

Please do not tell me we have to wait weeks or months for this file to be officially released.

The firmware is available for download from the bq78350 website. The bq78350-R1 was just released, but the firmware has not made it to the website yet.

I have a bq76920 EVM. I have downloaded the software for bq78350, but the software not recognize the EVM. I'm new user, please help

Did you place the 1E9B_1_03-bq78350_R1.bqz file in the C:\ti\BatteryManagementStudio\config directory? Did you press the Execute button after you programmed the srec to the device?
