Hi:

I used TLC59116 as LED driver. 

I connect the 40(8*5) LED as picture below.

<The current of each output is 100(mA).VLED is 17.6(V)>

The problem is that when I turn the LED on and after about 7 minutes all the LED begin to blink.

I don't know what's going on?Is the IC overheat?

If it's true,what should I do?

I also have some problem about the connection between Arduino Mega2560 and TLC59116.

I connect 12 TLC59116 with Arduino mega2560 in form of daisy chain.

But  Arduino only recognize 4~6 IC and I don't know why.
