Is there any chip which permits data communication + energy harvesting by RF? (NFC, RFID, other?
request:

current: 10mA min at >2V)

data transfer rate >20kbits in both directions

You should also be aware that according to DLS, the lab that was instrumental in the FCC rulings on wireless charging, that transferring anything but charging information would make the device subject to much more stringent EMI rules than a wireless charger. So even if you design your own be aware.
