My customer are using TPS51206 for DDR3 at Base Station.

I have a question from Customer. I'd really appreciated it if you could support me.

From Datasheet, VTTREFTOL is as below.

|IVTTREF|< 10 mA, 1.2 V ≤ VVDDQSNS < 1.5 V min48.75% max51.25%

This mean that VTTREF is min666.5mV and max683.4mV at VDDQ=1.35V.

My understand is correct ?

If my understand is correct, could you please let me know the actual performance of VTTREF.

I don't need you guarantee.

My customer need actual perfomance of VTTREF when they calcuｌate at worst case/condition.

Hi Koji,

The VTTREF voltage tolerance will be minimum 48.75% of 1.35V and maximum 51.25% of 1.35V. This means the range is 658.125 mV to 692.875 mV.

The range of TPS51206 VTTREF is 658.125mV to 692.875mV.

The above range is satisfied with DDR3L requirement (spec) ?

If you have, Could you let me know the histogram of TPS51206 VTTREF vs VTTREF current 10mA?
