BQ27510-G2 problem~

The problem occurred in the fuel gauge.
If I file from version 1.12 to 1.23 DFI upgrade attempt, it becomes recognized as a jammed equipment failure.

I can not connect to the device, replaced. Is there any way to reset the hardware?

Actually, I need a function of SLEEP+ mode. but Version 1.12 doesn't have it.(just Reserved..)
