BQ25570 Thermal Shutdown

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: BQ25570, BQ25504

Hello,

I have an application where I am using a thermoelectric generator (Open Circuit Voltage of .7V, Closed Circuit current of  0.15A) to power a sensor circuit, while using a large capacitor(1.5mF) for energy storage. The sensor circuit requires 30mA for 1/4 second at regular intervals determined by how fast I can charge my cap.

I'm looking for a Power Management IC. TI has a few parts that would work well for my purposes, including BQ25570, or the BQ25504, except that these chips have a thermal shutdown. I expect my electronics to be operating at around 130C for at least a few hours if not a whole day. Is there a way to disable the thermal shutdown? If not, do you have any other products that might meet my needs?

Thanks,

Jon
