I'd like to know if it'd be possible to use TPS23861 as in the attached picture.
The objective here is to measure the current and control the mosfet. Since TTS23861 has the manual operation option, I could assure if the TPS should classify the connected PoE devices. I'd like to simply turn the power supply on (passive PSE) and monitor the current.
With 24V I'd just ignore the undervoltage status (if needed).
