---What happen at reset pin when the input voltage VIN is less than 4.5V? or at startup phase? Or at transient input voltage 5V  to 3V then back to 5V

Jason:

VIN1 connects to TPS65261’s VIN pin; VIN2 connects to VDIV’s resistor divider.

a)    VIN1 and VIN2 combines together (named VIN): the RESET pin status can’t be guaranteed, high impedance or short to GND if the VIN under VULO.

b)      VIN1 and VIN2 are separate power rails.

VIN1 (and V7V pin) is higher than UVLO 4.25V typical, then: RESET pin shorts to GND when VIN2 lower than 4.6V; RESET pin is high impedance when VIN2 higher than 4.6V.
