Battery charger and DC/DC converter - which one?

I'm developing a portable product which needs 3.3V and less than 100mA, powered from two NiMH batteries. It will be charged from USB. Today, I'm using TPS61221 to boost the power from the batteries to 3.3V (and that DC/DC converter is great!), but I'm charging with a simple analogic circuit. I would like to know if there are a good device which implements in a single device the charging circuit and the DC/DC converter for the circuit.

The product search engine at http://www.ti.com/lsds/ti/power-management/battery-charger-solutions-products.page#p338=NiMH&p404=Charger only shows bq24400, bq2000 and bq2002 families of NiMH buck chargers, all providing up to several amps of charger current. None have an integrated 3.3V buck converter. You could add a separate TPS62200 buck converter.

If you were to change to a LiIon battery instead of NiMH, we have the bq25010 which would meet
