LM5060-Q1 / circuit example of reverse polarity protection

Hi Team,

There is two circuit example for "REVERSE POLARITY PROTECTION" in datasheet.

How do I decide to adopt Figure34 or Figure38?

Is there any functional difference between these?

Hi Yaita,

We would recommend the Figure 38 implementation since it protects the out pin current better via the resistor R8.

We are working on another implementation, targeted to be available in November.
