I'd like to know what is JEDEC regulation for DDR3 VTT accuracy.(VTT is 1/2*VDDQ)
Some TI's material shows VTT needs 2% accuracy or -/+ 20mV accuracy.(ripple is under 1%)
If it's so,how should I understand below TPS51206 datasheet specification?
At Iomax, there are -/+40mV, it's over 20mV spec.

I was trying to find it in JEDEC regulaton and I attached some document.
But I don't know this is correct or not.
