My Customer has question about TPS7A7200.Could you teach me about question.

Data sheet write Figure33 about SoftStart.But DataSheet dosen't write Equation about SS.

Please tell me if there is a Equation.

Also Please see attached file.Please tell me if there is a reason.

Hello T Kishi,

The softstart equation is ideally:

Tss = 0.2*Css+0.7

Where Tss is in ms and Css is in nF.

The reason for the knee is that there is an internal 0.7 ms delay in the device, which becomes starts becoming negligent on a log-log scale.
