Dear TI

Rds(on) is showed on datasheet as below.

My questoin is,

Is this Rds(on) value related supply voltage ?

If it's so, can you give me a reference data?

Customer would like to know Rdson value at 3.3Vin.

Normally, Rds(on) of FET is depend on Vgs. is it same as this internal FET?

The rated Rds-on shown in the table above also applies over the recommended voltage range (2.5-6.5V). This statement is listed before the start of the table.

I'd ike to know Rdson is changing by supply voltage or not.

I confirmed with the designer and also test data that Rdson will not change with input voltage.
