TPS62056 and TPS62152/TPS62132 - efficiency at light loads (tens of uA)

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS62056, TPS62132, TPS62125, TPS62175

We are looking for a switching DCDC converter with high efficiency at light loads.

We thought TPS62056 part number was a good choice, but in this post Chris recommends  TPS6215x/7x/2x part numbers.

As we see in the datasheet, TPS62132/52 efficiency graphs are down to 100uA current load and the efficiency is not better than TPS62056.

Which fits better? Could you recommend another part number that fits better than these ones?

The system peak current would be 250mA while the most of the time would be asleep (load current = tens of uA)

Hope you can help me.

Best regards,

Iker.
