Soft start time has an tolerance of +/- 15%. Hiccup delay will only depends on the +/-15% clock.

It's the internal 250kHz clock, nothing to do with the pseudo frequency clock.

Does the clock what you mentioned means internal clock frequency ?

For example, the delay will be 154ns(970kHz*15%) when the switching freq set 970kHz?
