Dear all,

I'm trying to run the optimization cycle with the BQ34Z100 and the BQ Evaluation Software.

Under I2C PRO, i put I2C Command = 00 and Data Block = 0021 and i press the Write Button. As described in the documentation, the bits QEN and VOK should be set to 1 after that but they remain to 0!

The SS flag is cleared to 0, so my device is not sealed.

What is the problem?

I am also having this problem. RUP_DIS is set. I am using EV2300 to monitor the pack. Cell voltages were 3.2V and stack had been resting for 5 hours.

reverse the bytes - use data block = 2100

You had the correct subcommand value from the datasheet, just used the wrong endianness. Wish I could point you to the right place in the datasheet - I glanced through it and did not find the byte order used.
