ac/dc unstable current

Hi

I am trying to convert 100KHz 40vpp with 1KHz modulation to DC and extract the modulation.

the problem I have is that I am using diode bridge as a rectifier and its output probably has high impedance. so, when ever my circuit need a small change in current (for example when the controller change a gpio or an amplifier changes it voltage) I see big change in rectifier output and this change chnage the voltage in my circuit.

I have tried to put big cap 1000uF on the rectifier output but this added an oscillation to the circuit an I couldn't reed of it. I want to improve the design d use synchronous rectifier or something else that can maintain the voltage during current changes in the circuit.

can you help me or advice on a component that can do what I need?

thanks in advanced.
