Dear specialist

Could you please tell current consumption at the condition as below?

<condition>
IN : Open
OFF : Open
OUT : 12.5V applied
Vs : 12.5V applied

<Questions>
Q1. Typ value of current consumption at Ta=25℃.
Q2. Max value of current consumption at over the appropriate operating junction temperature (TJ) range of -40°C to +125°C.

Could you provide the above data ?

    Hello Alpha,

    We did the similar test  but slightly different conditions...some time ago...

     

    IN : 6V
    OFF : Open
    OUT : 12.5V applied
    Vs : 12.5V applied

    The value of current consumption at Ta=25℃  is 3.1mA

     I can get you the exact data once I am back in office after Nov10 at 25degC.
