TPS57140-Q1 has the tighter tolerance on the EN pin similar to TPS54140A. If you need tighter control over that parameter, the TPS57140-Q1 is what you want.

The TPS57140-Q1 should also have a higher ESD rating. I believe it meets 2 kV HBM but it's not listed on the datasheet. I've notified someone who can help confirm this if it important.
