Our customer are interested in TL594.

Can TL594 achieve over 90% duty cycle at Fsw=200kHz for pwm controller of step-down converter?　

Or how much can TL594 achieve max duty cycle at Fsw=200kHz?

Hello K.

If you look at page 4 of the data sheet under the dead-time control section, you will see that the maximum duty cycle for each output is specified as 0.45. Personally I would not go over 0.4, to account for the extra duty cycle needed to overcome conduction loss in the switching MOSFETS, inductors, and capacitors.
