Hello Team,

I'd like to ask you about the board layout for TPS73201DRB.

I believe following 5 holes are thermal pad vias.

Is my understanding correct?

Also are those holes through hole?

Hello Hidetoshi,

You are correct that they are thermal vias, and if used they should be connected to either a ground plane or a thermal plane to help with heat dissipation.
