Hi,
I was looking for a step-up regulator and TI WEBENCH® recomends the LMR62014. In WEBENCH® I wrote my circuits specifications then I have the webench_design_3785481_7_280077532.pdf (see attachement).
I implemented this circuit but the behaviour isn't correct. I tried with diferent loads: 100mA, 150mA, 220mA, 300mA.
For 100mA, 150mA, 220mA the circuit works as expected. For 300mA sometimes the circuit output is 5V (see picture)
Every 96.66ms the output is 5V for 10.93ms.
Do have any idea why this happens?
