bq24251 / VBATGD threshold

Hi All,

I have a question for bq24251.

The VBATGD threshold is used for D+/D- detection however there is no information of VBATGD in datasheet. Please let me know which parameter should be referred.

Hello Satoshi-san,

VBAT_GD is 3.4V for bq24251 and it was not stated in the datasheet.

Hi Wenjia-san,

Thank you for your response. I checked the datasheet of other devices and found that they have VBATGD spec in electrical characteristics. The design spec of bq24251 is almost the same with the other devices? Here is the example from bq24196.

Hi Satoshi-san,

VBATGD is not a parameter that we test in the production test, so we don't have a spec of it. However, it is the same parameter as what you showed for bq24196.

Hi Wenjia,

I understand that you can't guarantee it because it is not specified in electrical characteristics, it's better it should be guarantee though...
